All flights are weather dependent and may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons.
If canceled due to weather, we will assist with rescheduling or apply our refund policy.
Extra costs (accommodation, meals, or transport) due to delays are not included.

15–29 days before departure: 40% fee
7–14 days before departure: 65% fee
2–6 days before departure: 85% fee
Less than 48 hrs / No-show: 100% fee
Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 working days. Travel credit may be offered in some cases.
