At Nepal Helicopter Service Pvt. Ltd., your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review the key booking conditions before reserving your helicopter tour.

Payments & Deposit

  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before departure.

  • If you book within 30 days of departure, full payment is required.

  • Our preferred method is credit/debit card via secure online form. (4% card fee applies)

Flight & Weather Policy

  • All flights are weather dependent and may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled for safety reasons.

  • If canceled due to weather, we will assist with rescheduling or apply our refund policy.

  • Extra costs (accommodation, meals, or transport) due to delays are not included.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30+ days before departure: 20% fee

  • 15–29 days before departure: 40% fee

  • 7–14 days before departure: 65% fee

  • 2–6 days before departure: 85% fee

  • Less than 48 hrs / No-show: 100% fee

Refunds (where applicable) are processed within 14 working days. Travel credit may be offered in some cases.

Insurance Requirement

  • Travel insurance is recommended for all passengers.

  • Must cover medical, evacuation, cancellations, and accidents.
