Getting to the highest peak in the world (Everest) and
gazing upon it in person has been a longtime wish of mine. Unfortunately,
medical complications in my left leg meant that I would never be able to
achieve this as I can’t continuously walk for too many hours. Thankfully, a friend
who had been to Nepal before tipped me about heli tours.
I had no idea it was possible to get so close to Everest and
explore the breathtaking Khumbu region so easily. But of course, a big part of
this amazing experience was played by Nepal Helicopter Services. They were
amazing at organizing the trek, very responsive and always willing to help.
Everything went flawlessly and we had a great trip. Our guide was very
knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time and never lacked anything.
