We took the 6:30 AM helicopter to Everest Base Camp, and the sunrise over the Himalayas was one of the most beautiful sights I’ve ever witnessed. The pilot was skilled and calm, pointing out key peaks like Ama Dablam and Pumori.
After a short landing at Kala Patthar, we flew to Hotel Everest View for breakfast surrounded by mountains. Rajan handled the logistics perfectly, and the service was impeccable.
