The helicopter ride from Tengboche to Kathmandu felt comfortable and quick — a welcome contrast to long trekking days. The views were spectacular; peaks and ridges unfolded in every direction. Looking back at where we’d walked made me appreciate the terrain all the more.
The Nepal Helicopter Service staff were excellent, from briefing to landing. We were treated with kindness, safety was clearly a priority, and the overall experience felt premium yet genuine.
