We celebrated completing our hike around Tengboche with the Tengboche to Kathmandu Helicopter Flight. The early departure offered perfect lighting on the mountains, and the helicopter ride felt almost like a reward. The valleys and high ridges looked so different from above — entirely new, entirely stunning.
